# Find, Install, and Remove Avatars

Here's how to use your own avatars with LIV:

1. Get yourself an avatar that you would like to use. **LIV currently supports .avatar and .vrm file extensions**.

   For the purpose of this guide, I went on ModelSaber and downloaded an avatar of Yukina Minato created by WillTheWAFSack.
2. Import your avatar by dragging and dropping the avatar file onto the LIV App window.

If you're experiencing issues dragging and dropping, navigate to Documents > LIV > Avatars and move over the files manually.

To remove Avatars, navigate to Documents > LIV > Avatars folder and delete the files you want to remove.
