# USB and WiFI troubleshooting

**Using USB?**

* Make sure you've got iTunes installed, and your device is connected.
* If you get no output in LIV, try closing (swipe away) the app and re-open it. It should show up straight away.
* If it looks glitchy, rotate your device 180 degrees.\

  **Using WiFi?**
* Make sure your PC and phone are on the same network.
* It'll work best if you're in the same room as the WiFi router.
