# StreamerKit profiles not saving

Usually this is due to a permissions issue on the folder. Try deleting the StreamerKit folder under **%localappdata%\LIV**

Use **Windows + r key** --> copy and paste this **%localappdata%\LIV** into the Run window that just opened

Next delete the StreamerKit folder then give StreamerKit another try.
